Entry limited to 120 competitors. If applications exceed this number a ballot of entries will take place immediately after the closing date.

There will be 4 rounds.

Round 1 played on the Friday, May 22, 2009.
Round 2 played on the Saturday, May 23, 2009.
Round 3 played on the Sunday, May 24, 2009.
Round 4 played on the Sunday, May 24, 2009

In the event of a tie for 1st place there will be a sudden death playoff
All other ties will be decided by the lowest score for the last 18/9/6/3/1 hole(s)

Competitors must register on Thursday 21st May between 1200hrs and 1600hrs either:
1. In person at the Championship Office at Ashburnham GC or
